I don’t know where I would be without Trevor. Having sustained my first injury within the back and constantly seeking a physical therapist within surrounding regions who could meet my needs, Trevor finally answered my prayers. With receiving care virtually as I am out of country, I can only imagine the hands-on expertise I would receive in-clinic. Trevor is patient, extremely knowledgeable, informative and has great/flexible communication. Anytime I sustain any injury where I know I will need support, I reach out to Trevor to help get me where I need to be. I highly recommend Trevor and his team. Shout out to Trevor and his team Form & Function (FF). What I really appreciate is that I reached out to them and I forgot to follow up for scheduling, however, Cassidy followed up with me the following day (Thur 20 Jun) and scheduled the Discovery (Eval) appointment for that Friday. FF admin is very easy and they provide you an online account with a welcome onboard folder.
At time of Discovery, I was 5 weeks postop from my Achilles surgery… and I was very impressed how Trevor listened to my concerns and with the treatment provided within that short period of Eval time. I went home with my Achilles feeling really good.
