As long as I've been a patient here, the time spent waiting to be taken to an exam room has never been egregiously excessive, but I can count on having time to play a few games on my phone... until today. I was on time for my 3:45p appt. which is notable by itself and made this all the more maddening because I sat for over an hour and was never seen! They close at 5p, and when I asked what was going on, I was told they would clean an exam room in a few minutes so I could go back, but there would still be another lengthy wait once back there. Service with the doctors here are superb. Dr Ta has always been a very knowledgeable doctor and he gives so much care towards my parents. They are both seniors so he is gentle with them and are always aware of signs of health issues with older age and how to prevent it. It's sad to see him retire but Dr Phan will take over and he is awesome as well. Dr Phan is a very well mannered doctor. It was my first time meeting him and he addressed issues and concerns regarding my parents health. He overviews everything altogether before we step out the door and gives important medical advice! My experience with their front office has been outstanding. I saw several of the bad reviews, but I've been dealing with them monthly for almost a year. Maybe they changed or retrained their staff.
