Best investment we made. we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Tony's professionalism and positive attitude were truly a pleasure to work with.
Tony conducted an incredibly keen and detailed inspection, complete with photos and recommendations, covering every part of the house. He is clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and walk us through everything step by step. Tony came out to a property we were interested in purchasing in Aug in Highland. Tony came out , went right to work. He recommended since the home was about 70 years old to get a different type of inspection for the piping. Price was reasonable and made perfect sense. Found a problem , told us it wasn't too major. Gave us a possible price of repair for the future. He said the house for it's age is in good shape, take care of the plumbing and you're good. So far we have been in the home and we're able to get a local plumber to take of our issue. Id recommend Tony and his services to anyone.
