Been a member of this wonderful place for 2 years now. It's the best. First, there's nothing better than sitting there and letting the professionals do their magic. I always walk out of there feeling my best. Second, everyone there is GREAT!! I have my faves, among them is Brooke (the store manager), Sabrina and Ximena.

Truthfully, not my favorite experience. I showed up on 10 minutes early for my appointment and they took 35 minutes to get me in a chair. Which is fine but they didn't really explain that to me. They're running behind. I added the scalp massage. She didn't know I added it and only did about eight minutes scalp massage. I still paid for the full price, the girl was very nice but I feel like I took this at home. My hair was still really frizzy and the top was flat in the bottom was curly. Just didn't think it was very flattering overall, I don't think I'll go back for the price. It was over $80 for this blow out and I still feel like my hair is frizzy and flat.
