I had Custom Comfort System put 3 mini split AC units in my guest house. They were responsive from the start, competitive in price and were very clean with their install. Almost a year later I had a problem and even during the busiest time of year they got me on schedule the next day and had everything working. Again responsive, clean and very professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Ryan replaced our old A/C unit with a new Heat Pump system and he replaced ducts and added new vents to help with even cooling and heating throughout our older home. He listened to what our problems were with the functionality of the prior system and then solved them. His price was good and his warranty was unbeatable, he stands behind his work. He is professional, kind, and prompt. When a follow up was necessary nearly two years after install, he was there same day and even though the small problem was due to our oversight, he took care of it happily. It is very challenging these days to find customer service like we receive from Ryan at Custom Comfort from the beginning estimate to current maintenance. We do not hesitate recommending this company to our family and friends.
