The place is clean and the prices are reasonable. I would do some research before hand on what your pet might need before coming here since they might try adding extra stuff that your pet might not need. The workers are friendly tho. I have been taking my cats here for the past year and they handle them with care. One thing that is inconvenient is that they don't do walk ins. Plan ahead.
I absolutely love Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital! My dog is very accidental prone so this hospital is a godsend! They are always available on the phone and if we can't get same day appointments, we can guarantee get same week appointments. We've been coming here for 3 years now and never had a bad experience.
I have been bringing my pets here for 7 years now and have always had a great experience. The staff here are always professional and pleasant. I had one of my pets pass while under their care and received a beautiful condolences card from the staff. I really appreciated it.
