My wife and I have been going to Baseline Dental for a few years. Recently my wife was diagnosed with an infection related to an old root canal. Dr Buck and his staff took the time to provide to explain in detail what the issue with the tooth is plus an in-depth recommendation. My wife who was very concerned with regard to the remedy left Dr Buck’s office relaxed and comfortable that all is well. My thanks to Dr. Buck and his staff.
This is the best dental practice I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient. The care has been phenomenal. My hygienist Heidi takes excellent care of my teeth. She explains everything about what's going on and educates me on how to care for my teeth and gums. I love the fact that I see the same hygienist every time. I hadn't been to a dentist in couple of years and she told me what I should do to ensure things did not deteriorate any further. They were simple things and in the 5 years I have been going there I'm proud to say ALL 32 of my teeth are in better condition now than when I first came in. I have been going to Baseline Dental for over 15 years, and so have all four of my daughters. Trust is essential to me, and I trust Baseline Dental with their assessment, treatment, and care. The front office staff has always been the utmost professional and kind. Dr. Hernandez has always tried to handle any situation minimally to save money and time for the patient. Our dental hygienist is Heidi Burt, and she has always cleaned our teeth with precision and detail, and with it never being painful. It feels like a bit of massage to my gums and teeth. She is excellent!!! I recommend Baseline Dental without hesitation.
