I’ve been bringing my pets to Baseline Animal Hospital for 11 years now. I appreciate that the staff not only treats me like family, but my pets as if they were their own. Dr.G is wonderful about explaining diagnosis and treatment and ensuring that any questions are answered. He’s backed by an incredible support staff, especially Stef, she’s the best!
I'm giving them a 5 star because of Dr G. He has always been an excellent doctor for us.
Some of the staffers excellent and some not so much. But we will continue to bring our animals here as long as Doctor G is here!
I am grateful and thankful for Baseline Animal Hospital! After contacting my vet and explaining what I thought was a medical emergency and being told they were full and could not see us, I frantically began looking for an alternative option. That is when I came across BAH. I contacted them at 8:43am, explained the situation and they quickly offered me a 9:00am appt! Upon arrival the staff was kind and sensitive to our needs. Didn't take long for the Dr. to come and explain in great detail the diagnosis and treatment plan. A few hours later I called the office with questions and concerns.
