Finally found a place where they actually do a great job! I’ve tried so many places and they don’t compare to Babylon Nails and Spa. I actually thought it was gonna be like other places; misshapen nails, lumps, etc but it passed the lump test, there isn’t any! Tracy did an amazing job and took her time, the other girls were amazing as well helping out. This will be my go to place from now on, my search is over, Babylon is the place for me, thank you ladies. ?
I’ve been to quite a few nail salons in Rancho, and this one really feels like a hit or miss. After reading some of the reviews, I have to agree—there are times when the staff will speak about clients in their own language or even with other customers. While I’m not overly sensitive to this (and realistically, many salons do it), I do think it creates a less welcoming environment, especially when getting your nails done now costs well over $100 with tip.
The quality of service is inconsistent as well—sometimes I leave happy with the way my nails are shaped, and other times I don’t. Because of that, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be coming... read full review
I've been coming here for years! The staff is friendly and thorough. The vibe is always soothing and calming. They strive to meet all expectations - my go to is gel mani and pedi and they don't disappoint.
