This is an outstanding company in terms of service, communication and professionalism. Penny from their Victorville office stayed in touch through working with AHS warranty - the purchase of the new condenser & coils, the delivery delay - she was terrific to work with.
The techs they sent out were here for 9 hours installing the new equipment, were very respectful of my home and clearly communicated each step.

This team of professionals continues to amaze us! Penny in the office is a true professional and deeply cares about her customers! Always going out of her way to help! The AC at my dads house went out on the hottest first few days of summer!! We called Monday and Penny got us right in on Tuesday morning! John was our service tech this time and he was amazing too! Very professional and a real honest person! Can't say enough great things about the Team at Air Controlled Environments! Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and honesty!
ACE offers the best service by far. Starting with their office manager, Penny, who is always there with a heart full of empathy to understand the reason I am calling, and a hearty laugh at the end of the conversation. Oscar, the technician that has helped me several times over the past few years, is the most conscientious and patient gentleman I have had the pleasure to work with.
