When I first spoke with Jose on the phone, he sounded very professional. However, the work his employees performed, in my opinion was performed in a non-workmanlikemanner. The three doors they installed are all out of square and rub on their feamwork making it difficult to openand close the doors. When I pointed this out to them they acted like I was being unreasonable and did not mitigate these issues. .In addition, the workers did not install the latch for the gate so it would engage when shutting the gate. As a consequence, my son's dog got out and we didn't get him back for over a month. My grandchildren were devastated!
