They performed a desperately needed septic tank is less than 24 hours of calling for emengency service. Their tech Zac called before the appointment time and made sure we were prepared for arrival which I found very professional and helpful giving us time to move vehicles away allowing pump truck access. Our septic tank is very old from the 1940's and was a single chamber style with a single access port. He used a specialized rigid extension port pipe that I haven't seen used before that reached all corners of the tank with ease. After a smaller local company refused to fully empty our fiberglass septic tank, claiming it would lose shape and potentially break (despite fiberglass being rigid and non-bendable), we turned to Sludgebusters Septic.
