We just had a guy come out to do a clean out. He was very prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. However, the office instructed him to charge us more than they quoted us over the phone ($495 as opposed to $400). When we called to inquire about it, they denied ever quoting that price. Lessons learned: 1) always get it in writing and 2) don't call Sludgebusters next time.

I talked to Joe, the owner about a job that another company bailed on. Not only does he know what he is doing, he is professional, honest, and will make sure you get taken care of. After the other company bailed on the job, I called a couple other companies and these guys were the only ones willing to help. This is a tough industry, and its likely hard to retain good employees. Nice to know there is someone like Joe out there to help with these shitty situations. Will be recommending to family and friends.

We had an unfortunate situation with our septic and needed it serviced asap. They were so nice and helpful and were able to come out the very next morning it was a little pricier than I thought but i was okay with it and other companies were able to come out for over a week or so. When they showed up they were very nice, professional and it was even raining when he came and gave us very helpful advice on how to maintain it so our problem wouldn't happen again.
