They are reliable and can handle challenging situations, making the towing process less stressful.
I was an idiot and thought the little orange light that looked like a gas pump was just a suggestion to think about getting fuel, not realizing that fuel stations are far from where I was staying. These guys showed up right away to help me out. Good guys there! Super professional and prompt.
I had a great experience with RBS. I used AAA roadside assistance. They arrived quickly, and our driver Nick went above and beyond to help get my car working when my Tesla decided it was not going to power on. He was very knowledgeable and tried everything he knew to make sure we weren’t going to damage the car or tires getting it up on the flatbed. He also made sure it was delivered to the right place and checked in with the service techs when it arrived to the service center.
5/2024: Joseph was honestly the most polite and professional tow truck driver we have ever had the pleasure of needing! We’re at a baseball tournament this memorial weekend and my brand new tire ran over someone’s car key. Joseph arrived in a crazy busy area, down a narrow dirt road, kids everywhere, within 35 mins, repaired the tire, and did it all with a great attitude. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Joseph! Thank you!!!!
