Isolated the problem quickly. Topped off coolant. Cost was a tenth of what a large company had quoted. Should have called a house Calls first. Always have had great service from Rick.

Jesse showed up as promised and set right to work detecting the problem with the refrigerator. He was professional, efficient and even sympathetic about delivering the bad news that my fridge had expired. Very pleased with this company and this technician. Thanks!

So, the funny thing is that I haven't actually used House Calls Appliance Repair yet. But I've called them a couple times with questions as to whether or not to repair or replace our washer & dryer and fridge.Kim advised that due to age, it made sense to replace our washer & dryer (plus we wanted to change from propane to electric). And she offered up some recommended brands that are easier/better to get parts and/or for them to work on.It wasn't so easy with our old fridge. We had a tentative appt for Ric to come out and Kim was super cool about asking if it was an emergency and if we needed it fixed right away.
