I had an emergency and found this gem on my phone. While the Vet told me she was not able to fit me in, she took the time to look at my cat and access that she was calming down and she didn't feel we were in emergency danger. The receptionist and another girl from the back comforted me with kind words. This little bit of niceness made all the difference in the world. I was able to continue on my trip and I'm happy to say my cat is fine. I plan on making High Valley my new vet. I live nowhere near and I don't care. They are just good people and I won't forget this. I was a wreck. Thank you all! Hope to see you soon for a wellness check.

Very friendly staff. Patty is incredible! My 5 pound Chi-Poodle was fully comfortable with her visit and was very active and dancing around as we left. I am so grateful to them for easing my mind as well. I highly recommend High Valley Animal clinic!
