I was doing Pilates regularly ten years ago. When we moved to Ramona last year, I kept driving past align Pilates and wellness and was thinking to go back. I started in July and have been every day.

I’ve been doing Pilates since last April, and I’ll have to say is, ITS COMPLETELY WORTH IT!! I was hesitant for the longest time due to it being a bit pricey and just being nervous starting the classes. I pulled the triggered and just went for it. I am now doing it three times a week and it’s what I look forward to every week. This studio is so welcoming, comforting, and our little Pilates community is wonderful! I am so happy I chose this studio to be my first. Every instructor has their own way of teaching which makes each class so unique and different! If you are someone looking into starting a new form of working out, I would highly recommend giving this studio... read full review
