Quick, Clean and professional. We made an appointment, he was on time and ready to get started. Tyrus made a difficult and dirty job clean and easy. He used the latest equipment to assure harmful materials are completely contained and efficiently removed from the site. Once clean, he reviewed his work and inspected the chimney using video imagining to assure all areas were clean and operating safely. Our chimney was in good shape and did not need further work, but Ty's inspection gave me the confidence that if something were wrong it would have been found and corrected. I would highly recommend using Tyrus Chimney Sweep! We were concerned about our fireplace and didn’t want to build any fires until having it cleaned and checked out. The service was fast, thorough and in addition to having our chimney cleaned, we got a lot of very helpful information for managing our chimney ourselves in the future which made the service even more valuable. We were very satisfied!
