We were in a bind when a snow storm came in and I noticed on my remote thermometer that our place in Graeagle was not staying heated. My neighbor helped get our place through the night with electric heaters but he couldn’t get our furnace to stay lit. Contacted Nick early this morning to see if he could help me out on a recommendation from my neighbor. He immediately contacted me back and said he could get over to help me out even with the roads being a mess with snow. He met up with my neighbor to let him in and he got me all fixed up in no time and I didn’t have to drive up from Sparks. I really appreciate the help in our moment of need. Thank you!

He met us on a Friday after hours and quickly diagnosed the issues with the compressors and got our freezer and walkin refrigeration running. After another company said to replace and unfixable. Looking forward to future assistance!! A++
