I'm an Investment Advisor and I needed some documents notarized quickly. I found Ericka on Yelp and called her at 9:00 am for a same day appointment. She arrived to my clients house as promised. Erica was INCREDIBLE. I was initially going to ask her to come to us, but I stupidly listened to my father and went with Triple A to get our notary work done because it would be free as they are premier members. I drove from LA and met my elderly parents at the Triple A. Aside from my parents also accidentally forgetting their paperwork and having to go back home, the person, the other things that were difficult were that we needed to have their lawyers on zoom witnessing all the signatures. We also needed a 2nd witness which I was told over the phone that Triple A would do, yet when I got there, they said that they weren't allowed to do so. Not only that, the Triple A notary person was super unaccommodating fresh out the gate and perhaps because she was overworked, was short/rude-ish even we were all politely interacting. When I realized none of this was going to happen in a good way, we left Triple A, and I immediately called Erica to see if she was able to come to my parents house. She said that she'd be able to in 1.5 hours. I called the lawyers, who were able to accommodate the time change of our appointment. All was set. Erica came on time, was super professional, knew what to ask and how to amend our lawyers accidental mistake on one of the forms, and did everything by the books. Erica is also SUPER friendly and happily took off her shoes in my immigrant parents home. She was kind and personable with them, I could see my parents instantly feel at ease with her. She also acted as the 2nd witness for us. We all took her card (including my friend who acted as the 1st witness). And we will be sharing her information with all our people. With elderly parents and with the need for wifi for the zoom, we needed someone with patience and professionalism. Erica is perfection. I think her business is thriving already, but I hope she gets all the business in the Antelope Valley and beyond.
