I always love going to this location contrary to some comments left on here every single person in this store has been extremely kind and helpful. A lot of the employees while working on keeping the store stocked and cleaned will drop what they doing to help. Heather is the absolute best! She’s is such a sweetheart while waiting for help I saw her use the very little Spanish she knew to help a Spanish speaking customer and it really made my day that instead of saying sorry we don’t have a Spanish speaking employee she made sure any way she could to help the customer. A1 customer service highly recommended.

I usually shop online. Today, was my first time going in this store. I asked a nice associate where I can find the Clinique section and she happily helped me find it. I brought with me the face moisturizer i was low on and I found the exact face moisturizer that I needed. I felt like I was in the wrong line to checkout. Indeed I was. I asked the checkout associates where I needed to be and they happily guided me. At checkout, a nice associate asked for my number and my account came up. It felt like I was at the store previously but I usually shop online. I am glad that I was able to shop in person. I had a great time and gave my first time a A+ experience. Y'alllll don't sleep on Alyssa, she's the best beauty adviser! Not a lot of people can find the right foundation for me and she did such an amazing job! She tried the Clinique Even Better foundation on me and matched my skin tone pretty well. And let me tell you- a little goes along way and it's really light weight on my face. Super happy with the service and my Ulta haul!
