We are located in Springville CA. We needed a new roof ASAP because our insurance company demanded it in order to keep the insurance. So I looked around and got different quotes from different roofers. I personally don't like going with big companies, so I narrowed it down to 2 companies. I chose Smith's Roofing because when I requested a quote, they came out in 3 days, and gave me a quote that same day. I really appreciated their quickness there.I dealt with Ryan through the entire roofing process. Communication and timeliness is very important to me, and Ryan did both very well. He had his team remove my roof and install the new one in a matter of 3 days. Every day they worked, they cleaned up after themselves when leaving for the day. Ryan made sure the roof was up to code and that the inspector signed off the work. Ryan made sure all paperwork was in order and that all parties involved had pictures of work completed.Another thing to mention is that Ryan even tended to our dogs whenever he came by.
