I needed a complete roof replacement and reached out to several local roofing companies. Smith's Roofing provided a checklist to compare their services with those of the competition. The cost of the replacement was fair and did not differ too much from the other estimates we obtained. The quality of work was outstanding. Ryan and his crew were respectful of the property and completed the replacement in less than 3 days. I would highly recommend Smith's Roofing to my family or anyone looking to have a roofing job completed.
I am very happy I went with Smith's Roofing! Not only does my roof look incredible but it was affordable as well. Ryan and his team were organized and professional and came ready to work. They were also flexible as my detached garage roof also had a couple leaks so they patched it up after finishing my roof. Overall I had a very great experience with Smith's Roofing and would recommend them to anyone thinking about roof repair or replacement.
We are located in Springville CA. We needed a new roof ASAP because our insurance company demanded it in order to keep the insurance. So I looked around and got different quotes from different roofers. I personally don't like going with big companies, so I narrowed it down to 2 companies. I chose Smith's Roofing because when I requested a quote, they came out in 3 days, and gave me a quote that same day. I really appreciated their quickness there.I dealt with Ryan through the entire roofing process. Communication and timeliness is very important to me, and Ryan did both very well. He had his team remove my roof and install the new one in a matter of 3 days. Every day they worked, they cleaned up after themselves when leaving for the day. Ryan made sure the roof was up to code and that the inspector signed off the work. Ryan made sure all paperwork was in order and that all parties involved had pictures of work completed.Another thing to mention is that Ryan even tended to our dogs whenever he came by. He gave them pets and always made sure they had water. Class A owner and top class workers. Oh, and our roof looks amazing. Thank you,A. Closs
