I went in with my grandfather to get a stone for my grandma and the lady upfront was very rude. my grandfather was grieving and she was not nice to him whatsoever and talked down to me and my family. I am not happy with this place at all

Sales representative had terrible customer service. Walked in and it seemed like she was annoyed that I walked in. I asked a question in regards to a pool product she had and she told me she didn’t know. It’s a pool store, you would think she would know the products. Definitely won’t go back there again.
