Horrible experience with hairstylist Candace. Went in for a balayage and came out with something completely different. Reached out asking for a partial refund but was told no, and asked why I didn’t let her know so I could go back and she could fix it. I didn’t feel comfortable going back after leaving my hair like that. She could have handled the situation better, very unsatisfied. Went in next door to Lavish salon and had it color corrected now, but cost me a whole lot extra I didn’t need to spend.
