Absolutely satisfied with the service staff and maintenance. Jacob is very thorough from start to finish with the initial phone call to schedule the appointment till the very last step of going over the findings and explanation of what needs to be repaired. Once repairs are completed he took the time to show before and after pictures so I could feel confident my roof is looking new again. He also was willing to answer all my questions with patience and explanations if needed.
