We were a mess when we went in after losing our Daughter but they took the time to explain everything in detail and make us feel comfortable with the decisions we chose for her headstone. Their number one goal was to make sure that we were happy with how it turned out and we were. We wanted a little girls hand giving a peace sign and Gilbert asked for a photo of our Daughter's hand so that it was personally hers... He traced her hand from the photo even adding in all of the creases of her little fingers... In addition to the amazing work they did, they had her headstone set at her graveside the VERY NEXT DAY AFTER HER SERVICE.. I was amazed at the service these people provided during this terrible time and I'm so thankful we chose them.. THANK YOU!“
