Today was my first visit and I left very satisfied. Derrick did a good wonderful job. My nails are beautiful. Derrick suggested I do BioGel, which is actually what I wanted! I didn't realize I asked for the wrong thing at first (I just started doing gel vs acrylic recently and didn't know the right terminology). My nails are so smooth and strong. Thank you Derrick!
The venue is large and clean and accepts all kinds of payment. 👍
I've been coming to Naillywood for a few years. The staff and customer service are great! They always do a good job on my nails and see me on time. Occasionally, it gets busy. The tools and service are clean, for the most part. They usually have appointments available if you call.
I tried Naillywood for the first time today. It’s bright and clean and fully staffed. As a walk-in on a Friday, I got a chair right away. Super huge color selection, the technicians were extremely friendly and eager to please. Overall great experience!
