I've been coming to Naillywood for a few years. The staff and customer service are great! They always do a good job on my nails and see me on time. Occasionally, it gets busy. The tools and service are clean, for the most part. They usually have appointments available if you call.

I tried Naillywood for the first time today. It’s bright and clean and fully staffed. As a walk-in on a Friday, I got a chair right away. Super huge color selection, the technicians were extremely friendly and eager to please. Overall great experience!

Excellent experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My nail stylist is Lily, and I can't recommend her highly enough. I am allergic to so many nail items. She listened to me and took great care in making sure my nails were on straight, beautifully polished, and specifically made sure to be cautious about which products to use. Lily is kind, talkative, and has a very positive attitude. Can't wait to go back!
