This goodwill makes donations really easy. Sometimes you have to go to the corner outside of the store where the little warehouse is but its ok. Staff is really helpful and i think the clothes are well priced
thank you so much to AB from this store! unfortunately an electronic item i purchased did not turn on after i was told everything was tested before it hit the floor. he was so kind and even called his district manager to approve the refund. i walked in knowing goodwill has a funky exchange policy and was expecting there was not much to be done. he totally saved the day and i was in and out within ten minutes. great customer service!
Out of all of the goodwills in the three cities (Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo), this one has by far the BEST selection. The store is smaller but they use their space to the max. I’ve struck gold here, finding pants and shoes that are actually great quality and my size. I think because of its proximity to the base, bigger and more heavyset/muscular men have a better chance of finding clothes their size because of the donations coming from those living on base. Try your luck if you have time and come to this location.
