Unicare Community Health Center, previously known as Centrelake, has been providing quality healthcare services for over a decade. While some receptionists may come across as slightly rude, there are standout staff members like Gabriela Gonzalez who are kind and explain procedures thoroughly. Appointments can be made quickly, and waiting times are minimal. However, prescriptions being passed to a budget pharmacy may cause delays. The clinic is clean and staff, including nurses and doctors, are attentive and kind.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I recently went to the ER for a ruptured eardrum and the dr said I had to continue follow ups to see if I'm healing properly or if I need surgery they send me to call all these other locations and not 1 was able to help me get an earlier date telling me it's not urgent enough because I'm a new patient.

Do yourself a favor call your insurance and change clinics !

If I can give negative stars I would, been trying to be seen since last year my car broke down then they were able to make an appointment. Never made it then now again vary important follow up and I need meds and they put my appointment 2months out not good I don’t trust them now, I am changing doctors they suck. I almost died from my last time I needed to be check out ended up in the hospital. Be careful people they don’t care for you.

This is how each hospital as well as every community health center in Pomona California TREAT AND SERVE THE RESIDENTS OF POMONA CALIFORNIA. If you tell me they just genuinely do not care for even being at least one bit humane towards us but only for a green piece of paper flying through their bank accounts!!!
