A 2020 project that turned out AWESOME. One of the biggest tells is when anyone first sees this masterpiece it is the same response “WOW” and yes it looks that great! This project did not come without its challenges mostly related to the same challenges that any business owner or person living experienced in these COVID times #2020. This masterpiece is a replacement fence for a wooden one that was well past its expected life and needed to be replaced. The owner of Stack Wall worked through the project like a professional. His staff was professional and maintained contact with me on the next steps and follow-ups. I live in a city that had specific requirements to have a permit approved. This was my first time requesting a permit and Stack Wall got back to me quickly on any additional paperwork requested by the city, Stack Wall made the process easier. I could write a novel about how above and beyond the company went to make this masterpiece everything he promised, but let me bring out the highlights: The city required an additional three feet holes(total 5-foot holes), the earth is heavy rock with sandy dirt, weather was windy, cold, raining and maintain safety for COVID. The permit took longer to request than the wall to be installed. All these challenges and every day the workers maintained progress, professionalism, and safety. This masterpiece is much better than a brick wall. Even my parents are ready to get their wall. I have included some progress photos. I think the biggest thing is the neighbor wanted a different design and my wall still looks awesome.
We had wood fences for years surrounding our pool that connected to our property line fences with our neighbors. Unfortunately when my neighbors home caught on fire during the Woolsey fire the fence between us caught on fire and the wood fences acted as a fuse and brought the fire directly to my home. With the lessons now learned we sought out alternatives to wood and found Stackwall. We went to their facility and viewed the various design styles and colors and were very impressed with the business. Chris and his team were very professional and installed them beautifully! We absolutely love our new Stackwall fences/walls and have received tons of compliments. They look like stacked stone walls but installed much faster and at a fraction of the price! We wish we knew about this option a long time ago!
