I was there on Wednesday about 6:15. There was only one person ahead of me. The lady that worked on me never smiled. Never said a word. Had a dirty look on her face and wasn't very nice when she did speak to me, her tone,..I go home and I see a cut across my chin, almost 2 inches long. She didn't put press down hard so I don't know why this happened. She barely worked on me for 8 minutes. When everywhere else I go, it's up to 15, because I get brow, upper lip and chin done. When she applied the aloe Vera or witch Hazel, I forget which one she used. She barely put any on my chin when I asked her if she can put more on my chin, she had an attitude about it. They say they close at a certain time and then, when you come before said time they turn you away! Then why have a certain time posted? And weren’t even polite when relaying the message.

Hate this place. The lady who did my eyebrows was so rude. She had a nasty look on her face the whole time. She was also so rough and messed up my eyebrows. One side is way thinner than the other.
