I'd like to start with this... put prolong in a 1974 Chevy vega station wagon, we used it for miscellaneous "go for stuff" and for parts pickup at my family's Auto repair business in the mid 1980's... car had around 40,000mi at the time added prolong engine treatment at every oil change, I sold that car at 150,000 mi in 1993 for $300, interior in the car was rotted out radiator was replaced twice.... Also, transmission replacement and the rear end was making crazy noise.
Guess what?? that motor was still running strong not smoking and making very little noise.

Great products, especially his engine treatment. I live in PR were we have high temperatures and stip mountain roads. I have use it on several of my cars. Since 1998 on my honda civic that still running and no parts on the motor have been replaced. On a Mitsubishi Outlander 2005 the oil pump quit on a long travel and no probles occurred on the motor, the pump was replaced and the car still running.
Everyone is aware of the exceptional quality of Prolong's Lubricants and other products, but what is just as exceptional is the company's Customer Service. I made a small online order of approximately $31. Unfortunately, I did not ask how the Prolong products would be shipped. The products were shipped USPS and our USPS delivery is abysmal. So much so, I usually have to pay extra to have products shipped via alternative means. Due to my oversight the package was "claimed" delivered by the USPS but, in fact, was never delivered - to us, at least. I called Prolong to explain the situation and offer to pay for another order, since it was my oversight. Much to my amazement, I received the most unbelievable customer service for a $31 order. Not only did they re-send the order but they included additional items as a way to compensate for the mix up and delay. What company does this in the US nowadays? Let me say that at or about the same time I ordered over $200 from a Very Well Known automotive clutch company. I received the products but had an issue with a connection. They provided a customer service number, but no one ever answered, and after leaving multiple messages and even emailing the company, I still (One month Later) have not heard from them. Less than "Perfection" in the customer service experience, but unfortunately the way most customer service is now delivered in the US. All the more reason, I am blown away by the outstanding Prolong Customer Support and based on the incredible Customer Support experience along with the quality of their product, I will continue to order their products. Thanks again Prolong for both Great Product and even better Customer Service experience.
