AC broke on one of the hottest days in summer, everyone was at least 5 days out. I sent a text and didn't expect anything until the next day, but I was surprised to get a response immediately. They were also busy for the next few days but had a job next to my house so they came early to take a look. Service was friendly and efficient. Took pictures of everything and showed me what was wrong. Everything about the experience was top-notch. Thanks!

By far the best service you'll ever get. This is my second time using them and both times they have exceeded my expectations. From changing out my a/c ducts till experiencing an emergency a/c failure. They made time in their busy schedule to fulfill my service request. Definitely give them a call for any a/c needs. I do every time and even recommend them to my family and friends.

We were miserable as the heat edged to 100F and our A/C happen to break down. After many calls and of course all other AC companies busy and booked, thankfully Engineered Comfort was able to schedule us last minute.Michael the tech to the rescue! He was able to troubleshoot and fix a part. And again, thankful they had the part readily available.The A/C fixed and house cooler again! Great service, super professional and highly recommend!
