They are so nice here I could cryJosh with benefits teamBridgett social services counselorThey are so down to earthDidn’t make me feel ashamed of my health circumstances I never want to change doctors , I went to the Covina one before and has the worst experience ever everyone had attitude’s there so even tho this one is farther from my house I rather do the distance than go somewhere and have my day ruin simply by an employees attitude. My doctor Mark is great to, everything can be done over the phone, very convenient he explains things well they are doing a good job here please keep hiring nice people with good attitudes I’m holding y’all to that standard !!!!

I think I wait longer when I'm in the exam room than when I'm in the actual lobby/waiting room, -1 star. I love the service though, never had an issue with that. When I call for the mental health department and am transferred over, they never pick up and I have to call and wait again. Very annoying so minus another star -1! The actual therapists are nice and I love them. Overall I think this is the best doctors I've been to in my life. As a young person, most of the staff makes going to the doctor's office easy.

The doctors are ok, maybe too busy. But I dread coming to my appointments because I always get here at least 30 minutes before because it takes AT LEAST that long to check in. Its awful!
