I've been coming here for over 10 years. Actually my first initial visits were in the Lynwood office which is now closed. I have mild acne and have done a chemical peel, laser treatment and cortisol shot on special events. The laser treatment is painful, and brings me tears but the results are pretty good. I have also tried her product line, it's very high end and not they typical stuff you pick up from the mall or drugstore. The smell is pleasant and the application is light. The staff is also very friendly, they have also been with her for a many years and do know there patients by name. i didnt want to give any stars but they made me pick something. i honestly pick negative 10! do not go here!!! i went here about a year ago and had to remove my own stitches literally everytime they told me the stitches were out. they were not out and literally right before writing this i pulled stitches again up from the spot where mole was removed a year ago!!! there is a knot of stitches and they have been in there for a year....no wonder i always have irritation and get pimples in that exact same spot!!!!they are stuck in my face and i have to go directly to dr in the morning!!!! never ever get moles removed here....especially in your face!!!! i am sooooo pist!!!!!!

I have had several bad experiences with Dr. Patt and would not recommend her to anyone. During my visits, she laughed at me when I asked questions and made me feel uncomfortable. She also yelled at her staff and insulted them in my presence. There were also times when she spoke to them in Thai so I could not understand. Overall, a terrible experience with horrible bedside manner.
