Joshua was referred by an old neighbor of mine. I noticed water spot on my upstairs ceiling and contacted him right now, he was so quick to respond and was able to come by the next day to evaluate the problem. Him and team started the very next day and finished just in time before the rain came. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely be referring him to friends and family.

Developed a leak on flat roof after Cortez replaced roof 15yrs ago. Immediate response , professional service and job completed in a few minutes. This is a family businessthat I as well my neighbors highly recommend.

Had to redo our roof which had concrete shingles that had cracked and with recent rains we could no longer put it off. Had contact Josh during the early part of the pandemic in the summer and decided to hold off since it was hot af and also lumber prices were high. We did get a quote from Josh and also quotes from other contractors but josh offered the best value and service. Since we had concrete shingles the house did not have the plywood foundation needed for shingles so that needed to be placed (plywood be expensive) , but josh and his crew knocked it out efficiently.
