I asked Nick and Andy to take out my lawn in May 2016 and replace it with drought-tolerant landscaping and a drip system in both the front and back yards. They did a beautiful job, working within my budget to provide lots of plants and configuring the drip system so that it could give enough water to my remaining rose bushes and trees without over-watering the new plants, all on the same controller. They were very responsive to the timeline I needed to follow to get a partial rebate from RUP, and kept the amount of dirt, mess, and disruption to a minimum. When a few of the plants didn't take after a few months, Andy came out and replaced them and reconfigured some of the drip emitters at no charge. Given all the rain we had over the winter, the plants grew into big, beautiful bloomers that attract hummingbirds and bees and are a real pleasure to look at and smell. Best of all, I have been saving water significantly over the former lawn-and-sprinklers set up. But here's the part where they really amazed me. I recently noticed that some of the plants out front seemed to be heat stressed and dying, and that the soil was very dry. I contacted Nick to see if he could recommend anyone to diagnose and repair the problem. Instead of sending me to another company, he sent Cory out in under a week to fix the problem and replace the dead plants -- and didn't charge me a DIME. That is some pretty remarkable customer service in my book. I wouldn't definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their thirsty lawn with something beautiful and much more environmentally beneficial.
