With a combined towing experience of over 20 years, they are known for their professional customer service and prompt assistance. One customer shared that when their car started rattling and swerving uncontrollably, they were stranded and feeling frazzled. However, Road Toad Towing's Steve arrived and was described as excellent, down-to-earth, and patient. He not only towed the car to safety but also figured out what was going on with the vehicle. Another customer had been waiting for over two hours for a different tow company and was stuck in the snow. Steve from Road Toad Towing arrived within 20 minutes, dug the car out, and got it back on the road in just 5 minutes. Lastly, a customer shared that they had waited for three hours for AAA, only to receive an update that the next update would be between a half hour and 12 hours. Road Toad Towing arrived in a half hour and towed them right to a family member's house. They were described as very nice and accommodating, truly saving the day. My car started rattling uncontrollably and started swerving. I had to stop and with the help of my mom(I was frazzled) found Road Toad. Steve was excellent and down to earth. Steven was amazing! I was still waiting over 2 hrs for the original tow company. I called them to see if they could help. Steven was there within 20 mins. He dug my car out of the snow and got me back on the road in 5 mins! I'm so grateful ❤️ thanks again, Steven!
We'd waited 3 hours for AAA to give us a time when they'd come tow us off the cold, dark, snowing mountain top, until their update said that the next update would be between a half hour and 12 hours! So we finally called Road Toad and they were there in a half hour! They towed us right to a family member's house! Very nice and very accommodating. They were life savers - literally.
