There’s an actual human behind this business — for which I am grateful.
Doug is knowledgeable, kind, and somehow manages to take my “let’s save the planet and avoid chemicals” requests and my “also please remove the rats and wasps immediately” demands in stride.
He listens, he explains, and he never makes me feel like I’m being unreasonable (even when I absolutely am).

Pony Express Pest control is awesome! Doug comes out in between treatments when needed at no additional cost. He is very experienced in his field and his techniques are super effective and eliminates pests quickly and effectively. He’s very accommodating and comes out to deal with a problem on very short notice. Highly recommend!
