Tim immediately jumped on a call with the manufacturer's customer support and helped troubleshoot the issue. Together, they determined the faucet was defective, and the company sent a replacement.
When the new faucet arrived a week later, they returned and installed it completely free of charge - even though the faulty faucet was absolutely not their fault. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
