Just wanted to jump on and give a huge shoutout to Servpro of Pleasanton and Dublin. We realized we had a huge water leak in our kitchen Friday around 5:00 and called them not knowing what to do. They came right out. We wanted to do our own repairs and Carlos walked us through exactly what he would do even after realizing it wasn't going to be a job for them. He truly cared and went above and beyond for us. We are so thankful for them! He even offered to help give us advice while we do our repairs.
