I brought in a dress that needed alterations on very short notice, and they worked absolute magic! Not only were they able to adjust it the same day, but it fit perfectly for my event that evening. The staff were kind, efficient, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed in time. I’m so grateful for their quick turnaround and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend for both quality and service!
They do a great job and are always so friendly. I also take my alterations there as well. Along with the excellent customer service they do an excellent job of dry cleaning and alterations. I highly recommend Rosewood Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations work.
I didn't take pictures of my wedding dress before getting it cleaned at Rosewood Cleaners because I was too ashamed of how dirty it was... But now I wish I had! I brought it in over a year after my wedding and to say it was stained was an understatement. It was trashed. The nice lady at Rosewood Cleaners was visibly surprised to see the state it was in, and frankly, I was too. (I avoided looking at it until I brought it in.) Multiple drinks were spilled on the tulle skirt of my dress on the day of my wedding (including red wine) and it got really dirty since the event was indoor/outdoor.
