I went to Leah after weeks of my mind not shutting off. I didn't feel like me. Leah spent an hour with me doing mostly Cranial Unwinding and finished with some Reiki. Since that session I felt recentered. She using this Florida water that just makes you feel sparkly! I'm considering quarterly session to get regrounded!
