I have been training here since March and have interacted with all of the trainers/ did a little training with each of them . They are all very dedicated and knowledgeable. I have asked Jason multiple times for advice on supplements/ sleep/ gut health support and it’s been helpful and I also appreciate that he provided a thorough assessment before I started lifting weights/training to identify imbalances that might become issue down road or things I needed to work on. I have been working with Chris mainly now and he is very good at what he does. Training is expensive, but hoping I can continue for awhile longer.

I have been going to Proactive Strength Training for over 5 years now. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. In my line of work people complain about neck and back problems that can shorten their professional careers. WIth the help of Jason and his staff I have been able to avoid any of those problems. ProActive Strength is nothing like I have experienced before. From the initial assessment to a customized training program this is exactly what I needed. They took time to understand exactly what was happening with my body and customized a work out that has helped transform my life. I would go to the gym do the same routing, a mix of free weights and machines, and merrily go on my way. Proactive looked at muscled and structure that candidly I didn't even know existed and walked me(sometimes pushed but always gently and kindly) through manageable workouts that over time started completely changing my life.
