My Chevy Equinox was giving some problem. The RPM needle was not consistent and the engine was not revving up as desired and was giving jerks while running. It all happened after the vehicle got serviced a week ago. I called up the dealership and they gave me an appointment a week later. I could not do without the car so I just walked to Pleasanton Auto Tech and met with Ed. He asked me to drop the vehicle and that if he gets time in a day then he will check the problem. My car is making a knocking sound on the left side under the fender. I took it to Pleasanton Auto Tech and have them diagnose it. They are very responsive and did the diagnosis with out any charge!! Even showed the area under the car which they believe could be the cause and suggested the replacement to fix it and provided a detailed diagnosis.I will be definitely returning back for regular oils changes in future.
