Staff not helpful because I incorrect describe what I need even though the time frame for such appointment is the same as what I wrote. And there not other patient waiting most of the staff were just sitting aroungin their computer!
I used my Kaiser Medicare benefit for seniors to get a $5 exam at Kaiser. Easy to get an appointment for the next day. No waiting after check-in and doctor seemed very competent and got the job done. I was disappointed that you have to make 2nd appointment just to view their eyeglass selection. I went on their Kaiser website kp2020.org just to check prices and noticed they were charged "full retail" and didn't have any deals. Kaiser Medicare only allows $150 for eyeglasses.I decided to pop in Lenscrafters to see their selection and what deals they offered. I have very lucky to get Dolce & Gabbana eyeglasses for 50% off total price. Of course, I couldn't use Kaiser Medicare $150 benefit. But I saved more than that with 50% off sale.
