Alicia is Amazing!! She is a true professional and her work is EXCELLENT!! I first went to the Redwood City location and then moved to the East Bay so glad they have a second location so close to me!! But she's so good I would have still driven to RWC to get my maintenance waxing done. She also does facials!! Easy online scheduling, long list of available services and tap/apple pay.
Alicia is the best. I started by getting bikini, full legs, and underarm. I now get Brazilians as well because she has skills. It's a great combination of good products and skill. The wax she uses is gentle for my skin and Alicia is both detail oriented and fast. Her place is clean and I love her music choice. I always feel relaxed there.
Went in to have my brows done yesterday- and what a great experience! Super relaxing, Alicia is friendly and knows that she's doing. I highly recommend her if you need an upgrade of your brows- I seriously can't stop looking in the mirror! Thanks Alicia!
