Initial response from management was reasonably prompt and the communication that followed was very smooth and timely. I received a quote quickly and was able to book services for my event on short notice. The team showed up to my event on time and properly uniformed. I'm very happy with the overall experience and will be reaching out for future events.
I used Metro over the summer for a series of events for work. Sul Noory, the GM, was wonderful to work with. He was a clear communicator, and always responded quickly to my emails. Our guard, Noor, always showed up on time, followed instructions and had a great attitude. I'd definitely recommend Metro, and will be using them in the future.
One of the businesses near mine in Alamo was having a special event this week with lots of traffic and the business hired Metro for security as it is a jewelry store and the guy on duty there was awesome! There are 3 businesses in our Plaza and 4 parking spots. This guy was there every time someone tried to park in front of my store and very politely asked them to park in the stores rear parking lot.I highly recommend this company if you are having a party or just need some temporary security. Their vehicles and uniforms are very impressive. Great job Metro!
