We have been working with Nolo for many years and they have a been an excellent source for us. I don't usually deal directly with them as I am in accounting department. On Friday evening May 26, we got a call from our call center staff that there was an issue with our payment method. This was at 6:30pm EST at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Over the next 3 hours, I worked with Zeenet Puri, our Customer Service manager to get this issue resolved, so our acount would be active for the long weekend. Zeenet went above and beyond to find a resolution when most people were already headed for their weekend off! She was extremely helpful to us!
I started using Nolo 8 years ago and have been using them on and off since then with consistent results. They have a good support system in terms of processing refunds for bad leads, which they make simple and straightforward, and our account manager Mona makes working with them a cinch. Steady lead quality and solid support team, what more can you ask for? :)
