Jumpstart MD Pleasanton is an hour drive away from my house but I choose them cause their process is scientific, practical, easy and proven to work. Everyone in the office who I’ve met so far, are courteous and efficient. Susan, my health coach is great. I surely am on the right path to healthy weight loss and healthy lifestyle.

Front Desk always has a friendly smile and greeting on her lips. All nutritionists, clinicians, nurse practitioners and health coaches are kind and attentive in listening to your weekly journey!Knowledgable advise is given.My only negative is that I sometimes feel rushed through the visit.

Joining Jumpstart was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my well being and self care in quite a while. I had gone too long ignoring the reality of weight gain and unhealthy eating habits. Once I finally committed to accepting the help and coaching Jumpstart offers I started to feel good again… immediately! The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and caring.
